歐盟執委會貿易總署對自中國進口之乙醛酸等9項產品實施進口登記

歐盟執委會前分別公告對自中國進口之乙醛酸(glyoxylic acid)、香草精(vanillin)、裝飾紙(decor paper)、無縫鋼鐵管(seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel)、鋼履帶板(steel track shoes)、鍍或塗錫之鐵或非合金鋼扁軋製品（flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel plated or coated with tin）、電動叉舉車(mobile access equipment)、離胺酸(Lysine)及複合木地板（multilayered wood flooring）等9項產品啟動貿易救濟調查。

執委會分別依據其規章Regulation (EU)2016/1036第14(5)條及Regulation (EU) 2016/1037第24(5)條規定，於本年10月25日公告指示各歐盟海關對前述產品實施進口登記，並自次日起生效，實施期間為9個月。

歐盟執委會實施上述進口登記之目的，係為確保當調查結果決定回溯課徵最終反傾銷稅或平衡稅時，對受登記之進口產品徵收反傾銷稅或平衡稅。
